Microsoft employees, in Washington state, may have access to up to 24 free therapy sessions per calendar year through Spring Health EAP. Both individual and couples therapy are covered.
How to see me via Spring Health:
Check your benefits package to verify that you have the Spring Health EAP benefit and find instructions for creating a Spring Health account.
Search for me by my name in the Spring Health provider directory and self-schedule with me. If you struggle to find me in the directory, message a care navigator on Spring Health and ask them to put you on my schedule.
Please note that the Spring Health calendar only shows a portion of my availability. Feel free to schedule in any open time slot and then message me inquire about other availability on the Spring Health platform. I am available, in general Tuesday thru Friday during the business day, via telehealth. Even when my practice is otherwise full, I maintain some spots for Spring Health clients. If you have questions about availability, please don't hesitate to reach out.
